LeoMUSC Repainting PAWS 2011

On the 22nd and 25th of April 2011, Leo Club of Monash University has organized a trip to PAWS to repaint their walls. The paint was kindly sponsored by Kansai. The OC for this event was Leo Patricia. Here are some pictures taken during the process of repainting the walls.

On the 22nd of April, members went to PAWS for scraping and scrubbing the walls.

On the 25th, members went to PAWS again to paint the walls with paint sponsored by Kansai.

LeoMUSC 3rd General Meetings & Elections

On the 19th of April 2011, Leo Club of Monash University held their 3rd general meeting at Room 9303. The meeting started at 6.30PM as the club needs to meet the quorum for elections.

LeoMUSC Environmental Camp

The Leo Club of Monash University has organized Environmental Camp on the 16th and 17th of April 2011. Lead by the OC, Leo David Cheong, the purpose of the camp is to encourage development and environmental awareness amongst the Monash University students as well to improve on leadership and team building plus a sense of responsibility towards the environment. Below is just a few snippet of the event:

LeoMUSC Recycling Campaign Semester 1 2011

On the 4th to 15th of April 2011, Leo Club of Monash University has organized a recycling campaign. The OC for this campaign is Leo Jeffrey Tiw. The purpose of this campaign is to create awareness and to collect as many recyclable items (in collaboration with Monash University) in exchange for funds. The funds collected will be channeled to Japan tsunami and earthquake victims.

We managed to generate a whopping sum of RM483 for less than 3 hours! Congrats to the OC and all members who helped out in sorting the recyclable items!

LeoMUSC 4th RCC Meeting for Region 6 & 7

On the 10th of April 2011, the board of directors of Leo Club of Monash University has attended the RCC meeting organized by Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya.



President Leo June has presented the report of our club funds and activities to the Lions and other participating Leos in the event. The meeting finishes around 1PM and food was provided to all attendees. Kudos to Leo Club of SMK Damansara Jaya for organizing this meeting!
